The NEOGARD® Perma-Gard System
Perma-Gard
provides a seamless, waterproofing membrane between a structural concrete slab and a wearing course, such as pavers or tile.
Perma-Gard remains flexible even at low temperatures, and continues to span hairline cracks in the substrate. Perma-Gard can be used on vertical surfaces such as below-grade walls and planters.

How does it work?
- It becomes a part of the water feature structure.
- It is liquid-applied to form a seamless protective barrier.
- Optimum tensile strength and elongation properties allow it to expand and contract with freeze/thaw conditions while bridging hairline cracks up to 1/16
- System is sustainable for the life of the structure.
