Neogard's Elasta-Gard Metal (M)
The Elasta-Gard Metal roofing system uses a primer and then a topcoat, which gives the total roofing system an average of 15 dry mills. Download a pdf file of Elasta-Gard M.
This is an example of a metal roof going through the Neogard system.
Photo one (1) shows the horizontal seams taped and sealed. Vertical seams are caulked and coated. All screws are tightened and caulked. This provides a seal-tight barrier before the primer.
Photo number two (2) shows the final project after a primer and topcoat.
